You'll go through a guided process to explore your interests, passions, and past experiences, identifying the themes that truly matter to you. From there, you'll generate and test multiple ideas before committing to one that aligns with both your vision and reality.

Even if you already have an idea, this phase ensures it’s the right one—breaking it down, testing its potential, and refining it so that you're fully confident in moving forward.

Phase 2: Creation & Execution

Once you’ve selected your project, you’ll enter the structured execution phase. You’ll break your project into achievable milestones, receive personalized feedback, and follow a proven system to bring it to life.

This phase is where action meets structure. You'll learn how to break your project down into manageable parts, create realistic timelines, and develop the discipline to follow through. With each mission, you’ll gain clarity and momentum, ensuring steady progress instead of getting stuck in endless revisions or second-guessing.

You'll also receive personalized feedback, course corrections, and support from the group to stay on track—so you’re not just working alone but being held accountable in a way that helps you succeed.
